SolarWinds is a different kind of software company. Rather than sell to CIOs through a large and expensive outside sales force, we sell directly to the user through our inside-only sales team. We are looking for a skilled analyst to partner with our sales teams in measuring and operationalizing our customer-focused sales outreach.
The Sales Operations Analyst will join the corporate Business Analytics team, reporting to the Director of Sales Operations. Primary responsibilities will involve supporting sales teams through data warehouse expertise / efforts and some Salesforce administration. The analyst will work with projects across the sales organization to provide teams with data for analysis, reporting, and various sales outreaches (list generation and customer sales support). The analyst will measure performance across sales teams, design and update Tableau dashboards to present new findings, and manage various ad hoc research requests. SQL experience, problem-solving and resourcefulness are key qualities, as aspects of support involve troubleshooting data disparities within complex systems, and researching data across multiple channels, geographies and sales teams. It is critical that all data and conclusions are delivered on-time and accurately to key stakeholders within the organization.
