We are seeking an experienced Global Revenue Operations Senior Business Analyst to join our finance team.  In this role, you will be the subject matter expert for all Revenue Operations subscription billings systems and processes for the Revenue Operations team. You will own the role of administrator and recognized problem-solver for the subscription billing systems to support Revenue Operations. You will have the opportunity to be an integral part of the billing consolidation projects that are underway and the integration of new business units. You will have a solid foundation of finance knowledge to leverage in understanding business problems and opportunities and translating them to systems utilization.

Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Develop systemic solutions that enable the business to move quickly, act with insight, and continue to excel.
  • Develop and maintain a variety of reports and data analysis to assure and evaluate the effectiveness of Revenue Operations functions
  • Research and resolve routine support issues related to Revenue Operations subscription billings systems. Follows-up to ensure open issues are resolved.
  • Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the systems to understand cross- functional impacts with regard to configuration, process, workflow and reporting.
  • Perform mass updates, imports, and exports of data using Zuora templates and/or usage files.
  • Create and Maintain SKU’s and Price Books in the Subscription Billing Systems (Zuora, SFDC & Chargify)
  • Take creative liberty (in secure non-production environments) to deconstruct existing processes and systems and find new paths forward
  • Escalate issues and questions to Zuora support as needed and work with them for resolution.
  • Research changes in upcoming versions of Zuora and other integrated applications; provide recommendations when necessary to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Support and facilitate system training of new Finance team members
  • Partner with other system administrators to streamline information-gathering and reporting processes
  • Support testing for enhancements prior to implementation to ensure daily operations are not adversely impacted.
  • Partnering across Revenue Operations and with Internal Business Partners in building a scalable model for the quote to cash function within system parameters
  • Prime on the billing consolidation project across a range of products that supports evolving business needs.
  • Document and train on processes for new business and business challenges, and adapt/drive new best practices for the team and organization
  • Other responsibilities include but not limited to participate in special projects, acquisition integration, ERP implementation, system enhancements or ad hoc analysis as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Finance/Operations teams working in a subscription business, preferably in a global shared services environment and 2+ years’ working with Zuora in an admin role.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology related field

 

Technical Skills: Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office (including advanced Excel skills), 3+ years’ experience with Tableau, SFDC & Zuora (or other subscription billing platform).
