  • Assists department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees.
  • Conducts new employee orientation.
  • Files/maintains records, reports, and logs pertaining employees.
  • Verifies I-9 documentation and maintains that they are current.
  • Process daily incoming HR mail and maintain copy / fax machine.
  • Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database as needed.
  • Provide support for system admin and HR Managers.
  • Write, maintain, run and support a variety of reports utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing business needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data; perform regular data integrity audits.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day administration of various employee benefit plans and programs; analyze a variety of plan types, researching anomalies, and providing appropriate recommendations to facilitate positive changes to benefits processes and programs; assists in implementing new programs; explains and communicates benefit offerings to employees.
  • Coordinates the day-to-day administration of various employee benefit plans and programs including health plan enrollment and life event changes, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, and 401(k) retirement plans.
  • Coordinates leaves of absence in conjunction with the absence management vendor, working with employees and their managers while maintaining confidential information, and informs payroll of any impact to their paycheck or deductions.
  • Takes the lead on coordinating/testing HRIS system changes with local benefit technologies and vendors.
  • Processes all US Benefit invoicing, PO creation, populating data for self-billing situations, and reviewing all invoices prior to submitting to accounts payable.



  • Minimum of five years’ experience working with HR.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience with MS Excel.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience working with US Benefits plans
  • Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and listening skills required to understand, review, analyze and recommend changes to existing processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required to ensure data integrity, manage multiple and competing deadlines and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • Ability to think creatively to resolve challenges and develop solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and develop working relationships with HR staff, staff from other SolarWinds divisions as well as vendors.
