We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst, Growth & Optimization to help us further increase our trial-to-paid conversion rates across our solutions. This role reports directly to the Sr Director of Revenue Marketing and will work cross-functionally to plan, execute, and optimize the in-trial experience to increase activation and adoption. The ideal candidate will have had experience in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns for a subscription-based software solution.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate drives business results through:

  • Participating on the cross functional team charged with driving business growth through continuous improvement in trial engagement and customer conversion metrics
  • Living at the cross-section of data, user experience, product and marketing: analyze and understand user behavior, proposing and implementing new tests and analyzing results
  • Managing the backlog and prioritization of the “quick win” growth and optimization ideas, programs and tests; gathering and soliciting ideas from all teams, in addition to your own research and insights
  • Ensuring accurate tracking and reporting on trial conversion optimization initiatives to communicate the business impact
  • Owning and driving the needed tracking and results for customer upsell and cross-sell initiatives in conjunction with the customer marketing team
  • Working cross functionally with customer marketing, product, design, engineering, analytics, and finance leaders to drive trial and customer conversions and ensure proper tracking

Qualifications

Must have requirements 

  • 3+ years’ experience marketing SaaS solutions
  • Experience with Pendo, Intercom or similar solution preferred but not required
  • You might be described as a growth marketer with a strong product sense or a product manager with a bent for optimization
  • You can point to a pattern of successful business impact from your optimization efforts
  • You are goal and metric driven - you love watching the daily and weekly metrics move based on the latest test or implementation
  • You enjoy a fast paced work environment and are ‘in your flow’ when actively juggling both short and long term priorities along with daily demands
  • You’re scrappy and are always up for digging in and figuring out how to make something happen
  • Your boss and colleagues describe you as having both strong analytical and strong communication skills
