Product Advocates (PAs) work in a non-traditional inside sales environment in either our Austin, TX or Durham, NC office. PA’s leverage their technical experience, deep product knowledge, and sales skills to help new and existing customers derive the most value from SolarWinds cloud solutions. This role requires a unique balance of technical depth and communication skills as you will be challenged in being the primary contact for your customers, yet still maintain deep engineering skillsets and product knowledge. Deep application experience with a strong linux background, are important too as we focus on hiring engineers and DevOps resources to help their peers realize their goals and solve their problems with the SolarWinds toolset.
