As a Sales Development Representative 1 at SolarWinds, you’ll will have a significant impact on the growth of our business through and interaction with the Sales Team and Sales Leadership


  • Quickly and accurately validates product trials and routes to the appropriate sales team
  • Works directly with customers to resolve billing inquiries
  • Receives inbound calls and makes outbound dials to qualify prospective partners
  • Navigates through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
  • Strong problem solving skills, won’t stop until the issue is resolved.
  • Maintains customer and prospect data in multiple dashboards and Salesforce
  • Able to contribute significantly to SolarWinds MSP’s team culture


What We Expect from You:

  • 0-2 years of sales or customer service related experience
  • Ability to thrive in an ever-changing, upbeat environment
  • Extraordinary communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining focus and work ethic
  • Motivation to grow and win, individually and as part of a team (aka. Failure isn’t an option)
