SolarWinds MSP is seeking an experienced and security minded Customer Success Engineer who will act as a trusted advisor to the customer. The Customer Success Engineer will be focused on the on-boarding phase of the customer journey and post-sales technical support activities. The successful candidate will have the ability to make an impact on the overall customer success and how they view and use our solution and enable confidence in our platform.
