    Responsibilities

    • Focus on training design, delivery and program management, especially for a new global sales on-boarding program for multiple types of sales roles
    • Build and serve as global program manager for new hire on-boarding across all sales roles, including design, delivery, evaluation and on-going analysis for continuous improvement, coordination and logistics
    • Work with your team members and stakeholders to identify and validate learning needs for multiple categories of sales professionals across the globe
    • Recommend one-time and ongoing solutions including design, development, delivery, and evaluation
    • Build and implement learning solutions including sales tools, processes and programs in multiple formats (iLT, viLT, digital formats, performance supports, and on-the-job development) for SolarWinds' MSPs and our distributors' salesforce
    • Serve as program manager of other assigned learning solutions and programs, ensuring positive stakeholder interactions and evaluating results for continous improvement
    • Work collaboratively across multiple functions including sales leaders, product marketing, marketing, sales operations, human resources

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree required
    • Minimum 3 years of experience designing and delivering sales enablement/training solutions and programs, ideally in a software or sales environment
    • Additional experience as a sales rep or manager strongly preferred
    • Ability to travel to international destinations
    • Experience in a fast-paced, iterative organization
    • Demonstrated passion for sales enablement

    • Experience working remotely with team and clients
    • Experience working within a global environment
