    The Role

    We are seeking a seasoned and proven Program Manager to own highly visible and impactful IT application programs.  In this role, you will be expected to drive projects for our SaS/Cloud business unit.  Successful program/project management responsibilities include: managing and aligning stakeholders, working with the leadership team and stakeholders to establish consensus on priorities, managing scope, developing the project schedule, identifying, reporting, and mitigating risks, creating appropriate governance, and providing thorough and timely status reporting. 


    • Build Road Map(s) to support Cloud business (5 Products) via back-end systems: CRM, Billing, eComm, Customer Portal and Custom applications
    • Define projects (that constitute the above Road Map(s)) and manage work-streams: requirements definition, design, development, testing, training, UAT etc.
    • Prioritization of projects across and within business units through data driven analysis.
    • Intake of projects from stakeholders, customers, compliance teams and dev teams. Requirements gathering, analysis and documentation for projects large and small. 
    • Define requirements and user stories in support of projects.
    • Build a strong understanding of the business model, products and process to ensure projects generate revenue, create operational efficiency and reduce compliance risks.
    • Coordinate work across multiple teams to deliver projects.
    • Provide regular updates/status on project and overall portfolio to executives.


    • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
    • Proven track record of delivering in both Agile and Waterfall environments and situationally adapting methodology as appropriate
    • Ability to decompose complex and multi-faceted program into executable and measureable work streams
    • Strong executive presence, with the ability to coordinate, communicate, and manager at all levels in the organization
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including packaging communications in succinct Powerpoint presentations
    • Strong business and technical vision
    • Exceptional customer relationship skills with experience managing and developing technical staff and teams
    • Able to handle high volume workload in a fast paced environment
    • Effective organization and time management skills
    • Creativity: must be able to deal with ambiguity, solve problems, and push through project obstacles
    • Undergraduate degree and 5+ years relevant work experience

    Nice to Haves

    • Relevant experience with financial and billing systems, SFDC and Marketo.
    • Familiarity with Jira (both generating user stories and reporting)
    • PMP®Project Management Professional (PMP), CAPM® Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), PMI-ACP® PMI Agile Certified Practitioner
    • Graduate degree in relevant field of study
