The Social Media Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing and supporting highly effective social media marketing campaigns that drive growth in brand recognition, social engagement and reach, and lead acquisition. This role will work closely with the Social Media and Content Marketing Manager, as well as internal and outsourced designers and copywriters, to create and deliver creative campaigns that drive business growth and brand engagement. The primary metrics for this role are social engagement (shares, likes, comments) and lead acquisition. Objectives include increasing and improving social traffic, engagement and brand awareness in the MSP space. Ongoing data analysis to better understand consumer behavior and site/advertising performance are essential in this position.
