  • Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our in-house legal team in support of both our commercial and corporate law functions.  The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in contract management, paralegal services, or other comparable experience with a law firm or in-house legal department.


    • Provides initial intake of legal requests including communicating standard responses to stakeholders in the business and gathering further information as required.
    • Responds to corporate information requests from customers and vendors and manages the intake, completion, validation, and documentation of such requests in a timely manner, liasing with other teams such as finance, accounting, and information security as required.
    • Assists in reviewing standard commercial agreements including confidentiality agreements, software license agreements, and reseller agreements under the supervision of managing attorney.
    • Manages the corporate compliance calendar as well as electronic and physical minute books for 50+ subsidiaries.
    • Advises sales teams and other internal stakeholders on legal processes and provides ongoing guidance regarding these processes throughout the contract lifecycle.
    • Liases with the Sales team to review terms contained in RFPs / RFIs / RFQs from potential customers.
    • Facilitate the contract documentation, approval, and signature processes.
    • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements.
    • Maintain and manage contracts electronic database and physical filing systems.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned.


    • 3+ years’ experience in contract management, paralegal services, or other comparable experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
    • Demonstrated experience in contract review and management.
    • Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Excellent time management and prioritization skills and ability to manage a high volume workload.
    • Ability to determine priorities, goals, and objectives of work functions assigned under general supervision.
    • Ability to meet proscribed deadlines.
    • Ability to multi-task.
    • Ablility to work in fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
