    Responsibilities

    As a Product Manager at SolarWinds MSP, you will be responsible for the development and business success of SolarWinds product offerings that are part of SolarWinds backup and recovery portfolio. In this role, you will work with engineering, product, sales and marketing, user experience, operations, support, and customers to ensure alignment of our overall product vision, product development, and ultimately, our go-to-market strategies, keeping in mind customer needs, satisfaction, and adoption.

     

     What you will do:

    • Take ownership of the strategy, growth, and success of SolarWinds Backup and Recovery products
    • Foster an understanding of both customer and market needs to coordinate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
    • Identify and develop strategic customer relationships to obtain feedback on existing products, new market problems, and establish requirements for emerging products
    • Assist in the development of sales, marketing, and technical enablement materials
    • Collaborate with sales leadership to establish the go-to market strategy, target prospective customers, and exploit competitive differentiators
    • Support product marketing initiatives, partner relationships, and other opportunities to accelerate the adoption your products

    Qualifications

    Job Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or related degree (MBA is a plus)
    • Understanding of agile-based software development methodologies
    • 3+ years of experience managing a range of customer-facing projects
    • Pragmatic Marketing Certified preferred
