  • Overview

    In this role, you'll be the leader of a team that is implementing Financial systems, driving improvements in process, designing new business initiatives, and executing monthly billing for certain products in the MSP and Cloud portfolio of products.   This position will drive reporting and coordinate the priorities of Finance system changes with Financial executive team.  In addition to the Business Applications team this position is a key liaison with Sales, Finance and Customer Service/Support. 

     

    Responsibilities

    • Provide leadership, direction, coordination, guidance and facilitation of daily operations related to billing operations of designated products
    • Provide Leadership and Direction to your team as a capable people manager, adopting the Roadmap for Results (R4R) by setting clear expectations, constantly communicating about results, behaviors and the future and developing your team for the next step.
    • Partnering across Billing Operations and with Internal Business Partners in building a scalable model for the quote to cash functions for MSP and Cloud products
    • Coordinates and drives the development, continuous improvements and implementation of policies and procedures with Rev Ops Leadership to ensure that all billing and provisioning are performed in an efficient and cost effective manner and compliant with all corporate policies.
    • Lead the billing consolidation process across a range of products that supports evolving business needs.
    • Ensure SLA metrics are met & well managed with stakeholders.
    • Work closely with other functions to proactively manage and resolve business and operational issues in an innovative, efficient and effective manner.
    • Troubleshoot billing and general business issues
    • Define processes for new business and business challenges, and adapt/drive new best practices for the team and organization
    • Develops and maintains a variety of reports and data analysis to assure and evaluate the effectiveness of Billing Operations functions including reporting on the status of System projects and weekly system enhancements
    • Support or lead multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously, in addition to daily duties
    • Other responsibilities include but not limited to participate in special projects, acquisition integration, ERP implementation, system enhancements or ad hoc analyses as assigned.
    • Travel required approximately 25% of total work time

    Qualifications

    This position requires a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Finance/Operations teams, preferably in a global shared services environment and 5+ years’ experience successfully developing and leading a team.

    Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

    Technical Skills:  Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office (including advanced Excel skills), 3+ years’ experience in SFDC, NetSuite, Zuora & Tableau
