Looking for an experienced and high-energy Sales Director. The primary function of this role is to accelerate the growth of sales. Primary duties include: generating and submitting forecasts and weekly related sales results documents, collaborating with the Lehi and Executive leadership team to set revenue goals and weekly strategy as well as creating and implementing sales plans. Lead management, opportunity creation with a high conversion rate to sale – is key. The successful candidate will be energetic, persuasive and well organized and able to demonstrate the ability to sell. Must be able to define and execute appropriate sales strategies; business development, collaborate with marketing, technical, and operations to maximize sales and profitability. Must also understand and effectively communicate the company's value prop, technology, process and current partnerships. Must maintain and grow sales volume, product mix and selling price without unreasonable discounting. Must maintain sales staff by managing recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees. As well as counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results. Competent with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com, and Tableau a big plus. Must also have a strong desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results by “reading the playing field” and creating preemptive strikes rather than waiting for revenue problems to take root. Must be able to analyze pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to the Lehi VP and Austin marketing teams providing key business insights: typical reporting relates to Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast and Trends, Conversion Rates, Target Account, Market Segmentation, Win/Loss, Age and so on. Must also contribute to the growing sense of team spirit and positive morale budding here in the Lehi culture.
