  • Overview

    The Sr. Manager, Brand Campaign Management is a newly created position that reports to the Sr. Director of Corporate Marketing. This role will collaborate with corporate marketing, demand generation, product management, and product marketing stakeholders to develop and manage global marketing campaigns to support SolarWinds brand awareness, user engagement and lead generation opportunities.

    Responsibilities

    This team member will be charged with overseeing and supporting the execution of compelling campaigns that drive demand for SolarWinds’ award-winning products and result in immediate impact to revenue.

    • Be a part of cross-functional team developing and refining the creative direction and messaging that attracts new prospects and engages existing targets.
    • Coordinate with product marketing, market strategy, geographic and corporate awareness teams to create, implement and drive integrated, global marketing programs that achieve market pull instead of market push, and which drive contact acquisition, opportunity engagement, and marketing contribution to pipeline.
    • Work closely with corporate brand team to maintain consistency on brand standards, and between corporate awareness campaigns and demand generation campaigns.
    • Develop project timelines, define tasks and milestones, and manage external resources as needed to ensure on-time delivery of projects; efficiently manage projects in Asana project management
    • Oversee email and landing page creation, adhering to brand identity, schedule email deployments with marketing automation team partners
    • Collaborate closely with agencies and/or media partners to plan, implement, manage, and optimize campaigns utilizing social media, ad placement, content syndication, ad sponsorships, webinars, etc.
    • Use Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce, and Excel to measure and provide detailed reporting on campaign effectiveness: send/open/CTR stats, opportunity creation, CPL, valid trials, conversion, ROI, etc.
    • Provide reports that give visibility into campaign effectiveness, making recommendations to address coverage gaps, and strategy for future campaign tactics based on performance analytical data and system best practices

    Qualifications

    • Excellent project management, verbal and written communication skills
    • The ability to manage up, down and across an organization with diplomacy, negotiation and influence
    • Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and pilot multiple concurrent programs simultaneously
    • Data driven, and results driven individual that can plan, organize, prioritize and problem solve to drive effective campaigns
    • Creative, with meticulous attention to detail
    • Highly motivated self-starter who can thrive with minimal supervision
    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline required
    • A proven track recording (5+ years) building and managing integrated marketing communications and demand generation initiatives with experience leveraging a wide range of marketing disciplines including cross media communications, email, web, PPC, SEO, social media, and events to connect with target buyers
    • Experience developing and managing budgets

    • Knowledge and experience creating compelling marketing programs and content targeted at technical users and buyers.
    • Experience with Information Technology (IT) professionals and industry a PLUS!
