    We’re looking for SEO/SEM Marketing Manager to own the strategy, planning, and coordination to drive customer acquisition and adoption. This individual will be a subject-matter expert for his/her product and work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Campaign Operations, Media Buyers, and our content team. The ideal candidate will have had experience in planning, executing, measuring, and optimizing marketing campaigns for a subscription-based software solution.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and manage an SEO/SEM marketing plan including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics
    • Develop a content and outreach strategy, seeking high-level placements with websites that have high authority with the search engines
    • Coordinate with product stakeholders to brainstorm, create, manage, and optimize paid search marketing campaigns towards set goals
    • Coordinate outreach activities with other stakeholders in the organization including the Public Relations, Video, Content, and Social Media teams. 
    • Day to day management of external agencies (specific to SEO and SEM) as well as work with internal and external resources to create high-quality content
    • Leverage existing blogger and PR relationships to cultivate new contacts
    • Communicate and share marketing results with product marketing managers, campaign managers, and management teams
    • Monitor, analyze and communicate results that will tie into monthly/quarterly/yearly targets
    • Evaluate opportunities for new tactics, partnerships, or strategies
    • Build relationships with thought leaders to grow awareness and referral traffic to our website
    • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and make appropriate recommendations regarding the search strategy
    • Data driven - use analytics in quantifying the impact of search demand generation as well as outreach initiatives and campaigns

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of SEO/SEM experience is required and PR experience is a plus. 
    • Proven track record designing and executing successful SEO and Social marketing campaigns for an enterprise organization
    • Proficient with various SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Analytics tools
    • Experience in A/B testing
    • Experience in email outreach; comfortable and skilled in composing and sending emails. 
    • Exceptional writing and editing skills
    • A talent for identifying and directing the creation engaging and “linkable” content
