  • Overview

    The individual in this role will be responsible for the overall success of a team of sales representatives. A sales manager must translate the organization’s vision, mission, and values into a meaningful context that sales team can relate to and feel excited by.  In addition, the position requires you to be heavily involved in the day-to-day activities of each sales member to ensure pipeline growth, proper opportunity planning and account strategizing, as well as overall bookings.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead a team of sales professionals to exceed quota objectives
    • Accurately forecast and drive the sales process across your sales team
    • Develop strong prospecting skills and drive high volume pipeline building activity across your sales team
    • Continuously mentor and develop your people to increase their sales capabilities and capacity
    • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction with existing accounts, increase solution penetration and grow run rates
    • Run a highly structured operation, metric driven and results oriented with a sense of urgency and passion to win

    Qualifications

    • At least five years of technology sales experience, strong plus for SaaS specific
    • Highly motivated team leader with a proven track record of exceeding quota as a Manager
    • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
    • Adaptability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with extremely aggressive deadlines
    • Possess a strong desire to develop people and lead from the front by example
    • Possess creative problem solving skills and strong focus on continuous process improvement
