    Responsibilities

    The Product Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the product management lifecycle, from concept to End-of-life.

     

     Job Tasks, Responsibilities, Authorities

     

    • Understand customer and market needs to build product vision, strategy, and roadmap
    • Analyze market and technology trends to create new offerings with strong value propositions for our customers
    • Help Translate Customer, market needs into Product Requirement Specifications and work with Engineering to build out a product development roadmap prioritizing features in an Agile development methodology
    • Work with Architecture, Development teams to accelerate integration of Partner Products into the Portfolio
    • Incorporate reliability, redundancy, security, performance, and ease of use into product design
    • Provide clear and succinct communication on status of high-impact features, project readiness, and other significant issues to a cross-functional team
    • Develop effective customer/partner feedback loops, listen to feedback, understand its implications, and translate feedback into evolving the product portfolio
    • Autonomous, able to deal with ambiguity and focus on key product deliverables
    • Experience with localization (or internationalization) of software product offerings

    Job Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or related degree (MBA is a plus)
    • Good Experience Gathering Customer Insights based on Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis
    • Understanding of agile-based software development methodologies
    • 5+ years of experience managing a range of customer-facing projects
    • Management of multiple complex projects with tight deadlines
    • Demonstrated leadership experience in a matrixed environment and to put strategy into clear and measurable actions
