    Our continued success in the market has created the need for a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to support our world-wide marketing organization. 


    Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will need to:

    • Understand and map the flow of marketing systems, it’s data and relationships 
    • Measure, evaluate, and track key metrics around campaigns
    • Maintain database quality and accuracy 
    • Develop and implement processes and procedures for Marketing to ensure data quality 
    • Track performance against metrics within the year, quarter, month, and week and monitor campaign performance 
    • Utilize data to provide forecasting of key business performance indicators (revenue, trials, leads) 
    • Manage & drive actions with Key Stakeholders to achieve business results, maximize marketing/sales success, and resolve cross-functional issues. 
    • Maintain and reduce data quality issues, develop remediation plans and optimize systems for efficiency 
    • Utilize data analysis to provide insights and understanding of data within the marketing team 

    Qualifications

    Experience should include:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required 
    • Experience working with Hadoop, R, Python
    • A minimum of 5 years in a marketing, data quality or a sales support role 
    • Strong computer skills with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint 
    • Strong understanding of marketing technology systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau) 
    • Working knowledge of industry and channel practices, market and competitive analysis, financial modeling practices, and familiarity with product cost analysis
